Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment, we only accommodate a 10 minute buffer time between appointments. After this time we will need to reschedule your appointment and a missed appointment charge will be applied..  We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointment, therefor any appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with 2 hours notice, this notice can be given via our website, social media or by calling us. Any missed or cancelled appointments without 2 hours notice will be chargeable at £25, payable prior to re-booking.
